Our Repair Process

What Happens Next

1 After completing our return form, print the label and the online form. Post them along with your equipment to Fixation.

Please don’t send any accessories unless they are relevant to the fault reported.

2 When the equipment is received our team book in and record the equipment, accessories, the fault reported, or service requested. We will send you an email confirmation with details of how to access all the repair information on our online tracker.

3 A. (Chargeable Repair) Your equipment is inspected, and the estimate is sent to you via email. Our repairs start from £144 (inc. VAT), this includes parts & labour. Please remember to regularly check your spam folder for any missed emails. Your estimate can be viewed and approved or declined online.
B. (Sensor Clean) Your equipment is checked, cleaned externally and the sensor cleaned and tested.

4 A. (Chargeable Repair) When your service is complete an email is sent to you to inform you with a link to pay online. Once payment is provided, our team will despatch the item via courier. If the estimate is declined or if repair is not possible we will send a link to pay for return shipping.

What Happens Next Image

Sub Contract Repairs:

If we cannot repair your equipment in-house, we will subcontract the repair to the manufacturer. Our team will contact you for approval and to get a deposit payment.

How Long Will My Service Take?

  • Our Turnaround time only starts when you approve the estimate for repair. The longer the approval takes, the longer it will take for the repair to be completed.
  • We rely on manufacturers to ship parts to us and only use genuine spares from the manufacturer to complete our repairs, there can be shipping delays and we will notify you if there is any delay due to spare parts supply.
